The SIG SAUER ROMEO8T-AMR Combo Kit pairs the ROMEO8T-AMR 1x40 full-size enclosed red dot sight with the JULIET3T-AMR 3x22mm micro magnifier in one package. SIG states this system was developed around its Automatic Modified Reticle (AMR) technology, which automatically transitions between reticle configurations as the magnifier is engaged or disengaged.

The ROMEO8T-AMR uses a 40mm HDX high-performance multi-coated lens, while the combo is built to meet MIL-810-STD, and SIG says the system is IPX8 waterproof and fogproof. SIG also states the ROMEO8T-AMR runs for 50,000 hours on a CR123 battery using MOTAC.
