Trijicon RMR Type 2 Red Dot Sight (RM06) in Flat Dark Earth is the adjustable-LED 3.25 MOA RMR: eight brightness levels you set by hand and can lock, so the dot stays exactly where you left it whether you are under strip lighting or out in snow glare. Setting it manually also stretches the battery to roughly 4 years, and the housing is the familiar forged aluminium shape that pushes slide and recoil forces around the lens.
